Admitting a new student is a controlled, documented process with named owners at every stage. It exists to make sure each applicant is verified, each decision is evidenced, and each accepted student is properly recorded and enrolled in CampusOS. This page summarises the process; the authoritative document is SOP-REG-001, linked at the bottom.

Timeline standard. The full process, from application receipt to decision notification, must be completed within 10 business days. Receipt is confirmed within 1 business day; if an application is incomplete the applicant must be told within 3 business days exactly what is missing. Applicants must be notified of any delay beyond the 10-day window.

Government-Issued Passport

Must be valid and unexpired, with a clear, legible full photo page. The name must match every other document.

Professional Resume / CV

Current rรฉsumรฉ including employment history and educational background.

Official College Transcripts

Used to confirm the applicant meets the minimum academic eligibility for their chosen program.

Completed Application Form

Submitted through CampusOS, which timestamps it and assigns a unique Application ID.

Incomplete applications do not advance. All four documents must be present and readable before any substantive review begins. An incomplete application is placed on hold in CampusOS until the missing items arrive.
1
Receive & Log the ApplicationAdmissions Staff
The application is submitted through CampusOS, automatically timestamped and assigned a unique Application ID. Staff confirm receipt, check that all uploads are attached and accessible, send the acknowledgment to the applicant, and log it in the Admissions Tracker.
Confirm receipt within 1 business day
2
Review Application CompletenessAdmissions Staff
Confirm all four required documents are present, readable and not corrupted, and that the name matches across every document. Do not advance an incomplete application โ€” place it on hold in CampusOS.
If incomplete, notify within 3 business days with the exact missing items
3
Verify Identity โ€” Passport ReviewRegistrar
Official identity verification using the submitted passport: confirm it is unexpired, the photo page is legible and unobstructed, and the name matches all other documents exactly. Required for accreditation compliance and FERPA record integrity. The email address used to log in to CampusOS (SIS & LMS) is confirmed to match the email address submitted on the original application before access is granted.
4
Verify Academic Credentials โ€” Transcript ReviewRegistrar
Transcripts are reviewed to confirm the applicant meets the minimum academic eligibility requirements for their chosen program.
5
Review Professional Background โ€” Resume EvaluationProgram Coordinator
The program coordinator reviews the applicant's rรฉsumรฉ to assess professional readiness and fit for the program.
6
Admissions DecisionAcademic Dean
Based on all verified documents and evaluations, the Academic Dean renders the final admissions decision. Every decision is recorded in CampusOS.
7
Notify the ApplicantAdmissions Staff
The applicant is notified of the decision through CampusOS.
Within 2 business days of the Dean's approval
8
Create Student Record & Initiate EnrollmentRegistrar
On the applicant's confirmation, the Registrar creates the official student record in CampusOS and starts the enrolment process.

Accept

The applicant meets all requirements. They move to enrolment confirmation and student record creation.

Conditional / Waitlist

The applicant is held pending outstanding items or available capacity, with the conditions recorded.

Deny

The applicant does not meet requirements. The decision and its basis are recorded in CampusOS.

Enrolment deadline. Accepted students have 10 calendar days to confirm by signing the Enrollment Agreement in CampusOS. Places not confirmed within that window may be withdrawn and offered to the next qualified applicant.
Post-acceptance enrolment steps
  1. Student confirms acceptance and signs the Enrollment Agreement in CampusOS
  2. Registrar creates the official student record and assigns a Student ID
  3. Student receives login credentials for CampusOS (SIS & LMS)
  4. Student is enrolled in the orientation module in CampusOS โ€” completion is mandatory before the student may begin coursework
  5. Program Coordinator is notified of the new enrolment
  6. Student is added to the appropriate cohort / course section
  7. Official transcripts, if not yet received, are formally requested from the sending institution
  8. Student file is marked complete and moved to Active Student Records in CampusOS

Ongoing student support effectiveness is tracked through the annual course, professor, and administrative effectiveness surveys (Student Course Surveys & Alumni Surveys) described in the Faculty Handbook.
